Mix it all together with some water or milk and VOILA! Delicious HEALTHY smoothy!

Strawberries
fresh or frozen!

Peanut Butter
2 tblspoons smooth peanut butter

Stonyfield vanilla yogurt
about 1/2 cup!

Banana
one whole peeled banana

Raw Honey
1/2 tbsp.

Flaxseed
1 tablespoon
